All orders placed before 2 pm will be processed and dispatched the next day to the courier company, CITY-LINK. Thereafter, it normally takes 1–3 working days for CITY-LINK to deliver the parcel to your doorstep. Please note that this does not include public holidays and weekends.
CITY-LINK is our default courier company at the moment.
Email notifications will be sent out to your registered mailbox to keep you updated on your order status. You will receive payment and order confirmation emails soon after your order is placed successfully, followed by shipping notification email with your tracking info after the parcel has been dispatched.

UNCLAIMED PARCEL POLICY
In the event whereby, due to ill-timing and/or other circumstrances you have failed to receive the parcel, we will not be liable to retrieve the parcel in any way or form until it is returned to us within the return-period policy of the carrier. You are encouraged to make personal arrangements with the carrier, and should you chjoose for us to re-send the patrcel, additional shipping fees will be charged, and no cancellation nor refund will be executed.
