RETURN PROCESS
1. Log in to your account.
2. Under the category CUSTOMER CARE, click on RETURN & EXCHANGES.
3. Fill in the Return Form and submit to us, and we will attend to it immediately.
REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Corgi provides complete refund on all items (except jewelries, earrings, hats, and hair accessories in the interest of hygiene) in any event that you are not completely satisfied, as long as you notify us within three (3) days and return the product(s) to us in its original condition (unworn and/or unused with the original packaging) within fourteen (14) days from the order date to reach our team.
Please be advised that you have to make your own arrangements in returning the product(s) purchased at your own cost, and refund process will only commence after the product(s) is returned to us. We will not bear any responsibility for any losses/damages that may take place during the delivery.
We will notify you upon receiving your return product(s) and once more upon completion of the refund process. Please be informed that we may need three (3) working days or more depending on circumstances.
For all refunds, a full credit for the same purchase amount will be granted through voucher(s) to use on your next purchase. minus any shipping costs involved, as the shipping charges are made to the courier companies. The refund voucher will have a validility of up to 6 months.
All decisions made involving refunds are solely at the discretion of the Company.
EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Corgi allows for the customers to exchange product(s) purchased for a different size and/or in the event of damages and/or defects.
We allow for only one (1) time exchange per product. In the event where you are still not satisfied or if the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will proceed to refunds.
To exchange a product, notify us within three (3) days and return the product to us in its original condition (unworn and/or unused with the original packaging) within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.
All decisions made involving exchange are solely at the discretion of the Company.
